Thoomn is a movement meant to help people take control of their mind and body in order for internal peace and freedom from the negative aspects of their lives and become our “ideal self” and embrace positive change.

Wether its addiction, our environment, or just our own perception of ourselves, we are all controlled by something. By being human, we shouldn't have to chase a fantasy world in order to feel freedom. True peace starts within our souls and tells us to be grateful and accepting to ourselves and freedom will follow.
